Customizing a solution

Posted on DateWednesday, February 9, 2011 at 09:56AM

A company takes on the personality of its head honcho. But what happens when you, the man-or-woman in charge, needs to contract out work to keep the company moving forward? Your company is an extension of you and deserves special treatment; don’t settle for anything less than a custom solution.

Each leader is different; each company unique
Maybe you’re an improver :: making the world better through your product or service. You need workers who have the same passion for bettering the universe. Or maybe you’re a visionary :: curious about the world’s workings, and you’re always thinking about the future in relation to your business. You need to work with forward-thinking individuals who are on the same wavelength.

When Officeheads work with a company, we take into account the nature of the leader and the vibe of the business. We encourage you to be the quirky individual leading your unorthodox tribe of worker bees. Are you a fireball that’s full of life, energy and optimism? Then build your dream team void of folks who are lifeless and dull.

Custom solutions
Who your company is comes out in every call with a customer and every email to a partner. When you hire employees or contract out tasks to other companies, your voice still needs to come across loud and clear. Marketing materials need to be draped in your business’ personality. Emails should have YOU written all over them.

So don’t settle for less than 100% you when it comes to your business. You jumped into entrepreneurship because you were tired of your passions and ideas being muzzled :: stifling your personality which turned your unparalleled concepts into dime-a-dozen schemes. Only work with people who “get it”; workers need to be able to comfortably operate in your custom solutions.

Don’t be afraid to be special
We’ve all got something that makes us a bit peculiar. Running the show professionally gives us the leverage to swing from our own ropes. So don’t settle for cookie-cutter business operations and ho-hum workers. Embrace your uniqueness and share it with your clients.

So you tell us  :: we are dying to know what makes you special. What customized solutions do you need for your business?
